Getting started

The portal brings together public BEFIANA service contracts. Start with SMS to send messages, prepare schedules and track delivery. Check the documented version and its availability before testing.

General guides help you prepare access and understand responses. Key formats, permissions and limits are specified for each product; the contract currently documented is SMS v2.

For SMS:

  1. Sign in to BEFIANA Cloud and choose the organization that will send messages.
  2. Install and activate SMS. A pending installation does not grant sending access.
  3. Check your credits and prepare a usable sender name.
  4. Create an API key with the required permissions. Keep its secret on your server.
  5. Follow the SMS quickstart to send a message and read its status.

A real request can consume credits. Use an authorized recipient and suitable test text.

Scroll horizontally if needed. Keyboard: Tab, then the left and right arrow keys.

The /api/ prefix is not a product API on its own. Do not assume an SMS identifier or key works with another service.

The portal interface is translated. SMS v2 fields, status values, error codes and JSON messages remain in English.

Before sending, save the business operation, its body and its idempotency key. On receiving a response, retain the message or batch identifier. Acceptance does not mean delivery.

The Node.js and Python recipes demonstrate this workflow. The authentication, HTTP errors and SMS error codes pages help diagnose a rejected request.
